Job description

FJM Innovative Technologies, LLC, is looking for a highly skilled Systems Architect to join our team in Tysons, VA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and managing systems capable of processing large volumes of disparate data efficiently. This role requires a deep understanding of scalable and automated data processing, database management, and team leadership. REQUIRED
Must have ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph. We must strictly adhere to this requirement. LOCATION

October 10, 2024 Responsibilities:
•Lead the development and integration of information systems across the entire IT lifecycle, with a focus on high-volume, high-velocity data processing across various data types and formats.
•Deliver scalable and integrated solutions using platforms such as LexisNexis, ECL, Pentaho, or other data engineering tools.
•Architect automated systems for monitoring data processes and ensuring data quality, implementing scalable solutions to support ongoing growth.
•Manage and lead teams to prioritize and deliver both tactical and strategic frameworks for data processing systems.
•Oversee the full lifecycle of database environment administration, including design, architecture, deployment, maintenance, backup/recovery, and upgrades.
•Manage high-availability, redundant database systems in conjunction with datastore systems to ensure continuity and performance.
•Use Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Plus to manage and operate database systems effectively.
Qualifications:
•Demonstrated experience in developing information systems across the IT lifecycle, specifically for high-volume data processing.
•Proficiency in delivering integrated, scalable solutions using platforms such as LexisNexis, ECL, Pentaho, or equivalent.
•Expertise in architecting and implementing automated, scalable systems for data monitoring and quality assurance.
•Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams to meet both tactical and strategic objectives in data processing.
•Extensive experience in all phases of the database administration lifecycle, including design, deployment, and maintenance.
•Practical experience managing high-availability and system redundancy environments.
•Current and hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Plus for database management.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and innovate solutions.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
