C4I Subject Matter Expert Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Continental US The Opportunity: CACI Intl., is seeking a C4I Systems SME to support NSWC Corona Division's Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) PM to deliver FST and LVC training capability. The C4I SME position will provide Tier 3 C4I Engineering sustainment and support to fielded Program of Record (POR) and non-POR systems across the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) Enterprise. Tier 3 Engineers will provide intermediate and depot level support to Tier 1/ 2 Operations and Maintenance personnel at NSWC Corona tactical training ranges and sites. Responsibilities: Accessing all relevant technical data related to C4I systems configurations including technical publications, drawings/models and logistics data and will be required to submit configuration changes based on equipment validations, maintenance planning and execution, data processing from end users and alteration installers Provide Tier 3 engineering support to related C4I systems when site administrators and personnel are unable to solve technical issues. Sustain, develop, and maintain tactical C4I baseline configurations within the NCTE enterprise Responsible for the sustainment of C4I related systems through the Naval Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) Developing lessons learned, best practices, Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTP) Briefing complex technical issues (including performance, cost, schedule, and risk implications) to decision makers Qualifications: Required: 7-10 years of Hands-on experience with DoD network/communications/electronics projects in the following disciplines: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training Experience in Command and Control, Computers and Communications Intelligence (C4I) systems to include but not limited to: Gateway Manager (GWM),Generic Area Limitation Environment (GALE), Global Command and Control System (GCCS), Global Command and Control System-Joint (GCCS-J), Joint After-Action Review - Resource Library (JAAR-RL), Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination system (JADOCS),Link Monitoring and Management Tool (LMMT),Tactical Data Analysis and Connectivity System (TDACS) and Joint Range Extension (JRE) Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Be familiar in the use of JIRA and Confluence Must have an Active IA LVL2 Certification (IE Security+) Travel up to 25% Conus and Oconus Clearance Requirements: Must possess an active Secret Security clearance - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
