And our work depends on an INFORMATION TECHNOLIGY SR. MANAGER (Network Operations and Cybersecurity Program) on our team to support NAVY INTEGRATED TRAINING ENVIRONMENT activities. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Responsible for overall information technology and network operations
Establishes and administers the overall strategies and procedures for the operation and maintenance of information technology assets
Develops and implements network operations program
Develops budgets/policies/procedures to support information technology and network infrastructure
Evaluates activities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Perform duties as assigned WHAT YOULL NEED: Seven (7) years of information technology experience with DoD efforts
Five (5) years of managerial experience with DoD efforts
Top Secret Clearance
Ability to obtain a USN Common Access Card (CAC) and obtain access to military installations.
Experience managing dispersed workforce in support of operating and maintaining an integrated network as well as a dispersed group of networks
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field Desired: Familiarity with synthetic training environment

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
