Job description

ASRC Federal Business Innovation is looking for a dynamic, self-starter to be the Program Manager (PM) in anticipation of a possible award. The Program Manager would serve as the focal point for all phases of program management, providing comprehensive oversight and ensuring the successful execution of the contract. This includes managing, integrating, and controlling all PWS requirements and maintaining consistent, responsive communication with Government counterparts. Responsibilities: Program Management Oversight: Provide complete program management support to oversee, manage, control, and document all requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Coordination and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all issues related to this effort, keeping the Government informed on project status and critical updates, both verbally and in writing. Performance and Issue Resolution: Ensure effective resolution of performance, cost, and scheduling issues. Address program challenges to maintain contract compliance and project timelines. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring personnel are effectively supporting customer's mission. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to the program to minimize potential project disruptions and ensure seamless execution. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all contractual deliverables are met, including adherence to regulatory requirements, timely reporting, and necessary documentation submissions. Required Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in program management of a government contract of similar scope and complexity, or equivalent experience managing a military organization of similar size and nature (>150 personnel). Technical Expertise: At least 3-5 years of technical program management experience with proven ability to address performance, cost, and scheduling challenges. Military Background: Minimum of 8-10 years of military experience with a strong understanding of customer missions. Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills suitable for senior-level audiences, including preparation and delivery of reports and briefings. Clearance: Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required. Desired Qualifications: Demonstrated familiarity with the customer environment and requirements. Background in multi-domain operations or intelligence support. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
