Description Duty Position Title: Senior Web Developer/SharePoint Architect Web/SharePoint Developer Work Location: Norfolk, VA Clearance Type: Secret Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Design, modify, develop, and implement software solutions using Microsoft SharePoint to meet customer requirements. Plan, design, develop, test, maintain, and document software applications and systems. Design, develop, and maintain web and SharePoint sites using one or more of, but not limited to, the following: SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, .NET, C#, XHTML, XML, or XSL. Power Apps and SFX are required. Develop complex and customized SharePoint tools, projects, and deliverables. Develop tailored solutions to dashboard capabilities using SharePoint online power apps. Design and develop user interface features, site animation, and special-effects elements. Contribute to the design efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organization's online offerings. Designing the SharePoint site to support the organization's strategies and goals relative to internal and external communications. Develop scorecards, reports, and dashboards utilizing SharePoint out of the box resources. Utilize SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Dashboard Designer, Visual Studio, InfoPath, Access, and Visio. Develops applications based on current, new and future net-based applications. Perform lifecycle support for application, web, and database development. Follow System Development Life Cycle (SLDC) methodology and software engineering standards. Ability to capture user requirements and develop solutions to meet requirements for delivery Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide updates quarterly or as tasked. Observe work in progress, investigate work related problems and determines causes. Implements corrective actions to resolve work problems. Resolves contract employee and work operations problems. Establishes or revises standard operating procedures for the work operation. Act as the primary on site liaison between the Contractor, contract employees and the Government. Act as the on-site supervisor to all contractor employees and coordinate all IT service support as identified by MARMC IT Branch, and conduct daily communication with the Government to confirm/adjust project priorities change and as command requirements dictate (CDRL A004 through A006). Qualifications Eight (8) years of related Web/SharePoint development experience. Minimum of four (4) years job-related experience as a Site Owner or one (1) year as a Site Collection Administrator (SCA) of SharePoint 2013 (or later) Minimum of four (4) years job-related experience utilizing SharePoint content management, including comprehension and permissions model, and training user's in computer based skills Experience and expert knowledge of using tools (e.g. InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, etc.) and programming languages (e.g. HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, .NET, C#, XML, XSL, etc.) for development. Experience with Internet Information Services (IIS) and Microsoft SQL Server 2014 (or later). Experience in software development to include software system development, design, and testing, programming, software maintenance, configuration management, and documentation. Knowledge of SDLC Management, system analysis, structured programming, version control, quality assurance, methodologies, software testing, documentation, and end user support. Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) with Government civilian, Military personnel, and other Contractors at all levels of staff and management to assure customer satisfaction and requirements have been fully met Meet minimum credential requirements IAW DoD 8570.01-M. Desired Qualifications: Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification desired ITIL Foundation certification desired
