Job Description Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic and Scientific Research Corporation (SRC) are teaming together to provide systems engineering, software engineering, logistics, technical, and management support services to multiple program sponsors for 50+ Integrated Product Support for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber Defense, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (IPS for C6I) systems. In support of the Radio Comms IPT at NIWC Atlantic, this candidate will utilize their expertise in configuration management, technical writing, and logistics to provide support as required by the Project and Technical leads. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reports to St. Julien's creek daily - no remote work authorized.
Utilizes CMPRO to track hardware, software, and documentation by install for each system
Utilizes ICAPS for provisioning technical documentation
Develops and reviewing Allowance Parts Lists (APLs)
Develops, reviews, and modifies technical manuals
Develops and reviews preventative maintenance documents and other similar documentation
10% annual travel CONUS Requirements MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
This job requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline plus eight years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
Experience in configuration status accounting to include proficiency in CMPRO
Experience with logistics practices to include development of Allowance Parts Lists (APLs) and experience with ICAPS
Secret clearance
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift/lower and carry up to 50 lbs (assisted).DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
