Technology Integrator Job Category: Consulting Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local The Opportunity: Assist our customers at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in modernizing processes to incorporate digital technologies in support of the Government's mission to design, build, deliver, and maintain ships, submarines, and systems reliably, on time, and on budget for the United States Navy. Utilize change management strategies to develop plans to prepare, support, and equip people to adopt and use enhanced digital processes, systems, and technology. Work is on the customer site, embedded in the Shipyard industrial environment, to ensure customer needs are being met. Responsibilities: Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Monitor the quality and delivery of digital solutions. Act as the onsite liaison and first point of contact for problem identification, scoping, and escalation. Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs to assist with the installation and turnover of new digital processes. Support the execution of contract requirements, which may include submission of supporting data and metrics and timely completion of written reports to stakeholders, customers, and CACI leadership. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required: Must be a United States Citizen. Must have the ability to obtain a DOD Interim Secret security clearance and subsequent final DOD Secret security clearance. Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum 5 years of work experience in project management. In lieu of the degree requirement, candidates with a minimum 8 years of directly applicable work experience may be considered for this position. Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle and the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Strong customer service orientation and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to respectfully engage internal and external customers at all levels in a manner that achieves successful outcomes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and time management, and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and tasks efficiently. Desired: Current knowledge of available and emerging technologies applicable to a Shipyard environment. Work experience with the Naval Maintenance Community, the United States Navy, or the Department of Defense. Training and experience in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Shingo, or Theory of Constraints. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Working knowledge and experience in Industrial Engineering, Organizational Behavior, Team/Workforce Development, and Leadership Coaching. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
