Job description

Marathon TS is looking to hire a Cognos Data Analyst supporting the USAF in Quantico, VA. All candidates should have the following background: Assist with customer requirements for Cognos Data Modules, Reports and Dashboards. Ensure that all application deliverables and systems comply with applicable DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) or Security Requirements Guides. Assist with IBM Cognos Security and Administration functions. Qualifications: 2 years experience using Cognos Analytics software or a similar program. Bachelor's degree in a related field desired. Must be certified at IAT Level II (e.g., Security, or other certification satisfying DoD 8140 certification requirements). Cognos Analytics Security and Administration certification a plus. Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining IBM Cognos. Strong knowledge of SQL scripting and data relationships. Must have experience with applying STIGs. Knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022 and Oracle 19 databases. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows technologies, including Active Directory, server cert management, and IIS is a plus. Experience creating, reviewing, and revising security documentation and artifacts. Experience in a DoD or law enforcement environment desired. Strong attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Able to work independently and with a team. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance.
