Counterintelligence Training Expert Job Category: Training Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local The Opportunity: JCITA's mission is to provide the U.S. Government with a well-trained and knowledgeable cadre of counterintelligence (CI) practitioners to combat adversarial intelligence threats. The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) program is the crown jewel of the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) enterprise in enabling CI personnel in their mission of protecting our nation from adversarial threats. CI Agents' abilities to counter espionage, terrorism, and insider threats hinge upon JCITA's advanced CI training. From its inception, the JCITA Instructor program has grown and evolved well past the original vision. Changes in the CI landscape have necessitated the support of an agile, innovative team, and a solid business partner in CACI, to ensure the program continues to deliver the quantity and quality of training for a successful DoD CI Program. Responsibilities: Experience in counterintelligence and conducting platform and scenario-based tradecraft instruction.
Works with the JCJTA Chief of Training, the CI Training Expert oversees the daily performance of the contract instructors to ensure instruction is delivered safely, professionally, and according to DoD, tradecraft, and JCITA standards.
Required to coach and mentor all new contract instructors and assess their readiness to deliver instruction, role play, and grade students.
Travel within the NCR and CONUS is required to observe instructors when on field exercises. Qualifications: Must have 15 years of demonstrated experience conducting, supervising, instructing and/or supporting offensive CI operations, CI investigations, or CI collection activities.
Must be a graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school, a graduate from an accredited industry or military master instructor training program (this certification can be obtained after selection), and be a graduate of one of the following JCITA courses: a.) Advanced Foreign CI Operations Course (AFCIOC) or a legacy operations course; b.) Advanced CI Investigations Course (ACIIC) or an Intelligence Community (IC) school equivalent; or c.) Joint Military CI Collections Course (JMCCC) or legacy CI collections course.
Must achieve and maintain DIA Instructor certification. Desired: Someone who has a vast variety of CI experience in various CI disciplines.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
