Job description
ASRC Federal Broadleaf Division (Prime) is actively hiring a Program Risk Management Lead (Zero Trust (ZT) Project Lead) in support of our DCSA program based out of Quantico VA. This is primarily a Telework position with a requirement to be onsite at least two (2) days a week at Quantico Marine Corps Base VA. DUTIES: As a Zero Trust (ZT) Project Lead , you will support and lead a team of seven (7) IT professionals by providing team leadership to architects and engineers within the ZT technology space, overseeing technical aspects and nurturing a productive and cohesive team environment that delivers high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. Foster open communication and collaboration within the team, ensuring a positive and cooperative work environment Assign tasks and projects to team members based on their skills, and availability Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide regular feedback on performance Participate in the recruitment process by interviewing candidates and assessing both technical and non-technical skills Work closely with sales, project management, product managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals Identify opportunities to improve development processes, tools, and methodologies Ensure that quality assurance processes are followed and that all work meets quality standards Monitor and analyze ZT system performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly Conduct regular audits and assessments of ZT systems to ensure security controls are effective and meet audit requirements Prepare and present reports, metrics, and recommendations to internal and external customers regarding ZT initiatives and projects BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates should demonstrate a detailed knowledge the following: Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams, including performance / resource management, professional development and planning Strong technical background in ZT, PAM, IAM and related products e.g., CyberArk, Axonious, CrowdStrike etc. Experience in designing and implementing Identity solutions in complex enterprise environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Proven consultative mindset and experience with the ability to integrate complex elements and customer requirements into innovative technical architectures Demonstrated client-focus solutions provider excelling at understanding customer needs and translating those needs to solutions Serves as a role model to others for translating complex and technical information YEARS EXPERIENCE: At least Five (5) Years- Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Management Solutions (IAM), with 2 years in a leadership or managerial role EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, and/or Information Systems Management, Information Technology CERTIFICAITON(S): DD8140/DoD8570.01-M IAM Level III e.g., CISM, CISSP, GSLC or CCISO CLEARANCE LEVEL: Active Top Secret and eligibility for TS/SCI WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This is primarily a Telework position with a requirement to be onsite at least two (2) days a week. Onsite days may be higher during initial project design and implementation. If alternate worksite is other than DCSA facilities or corporate office space, must have the reliable ability to communicate over voice (cell phone preferred) and stable, capable internet connection. Must speak English well enough to communicate complex technical ideas to a diverse customer both verbally and in written form.
