Candidate MUST possess a TS/SCI clearance with Intel Polygraph Overview: No Details Provided Applications DeveloperThe Sponsor requires Operations, Administration, and Maintenance (OA&M) of our ServiceNow platforms hosted on C2E-AWS to provide operational efficiencies in requirements management and mission networks close support workflows. The Sponsor maintains a backlog of over one hundred IT related requirements supporting multiple customers. The work would be performed within a team environment supporting multiple stakeholders at the Sponsor's location. The team will provide OA&M of the Sponsor's ServiceNow platforms to automate data collections and integrate existing corporate data systems to report actionable and accurate corporate data for decision making and analysis purposes. They will analyze, develop, and maintain proposed system modification, upgrades, and interfaces with external systems. The team will also communicate and collaborate via Agile software development methods with stakeholders to define user requirements and customize software application solutions to meet them. (All work requirements can be found within the MOON 1761 narrative) 1. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience developing applications on the ServiceNow platform. 2. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience developing, designing, deploying, operating, and maintaining applications on AWS cloud infrastructure. 3. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with developing and designing ServiceNow software solutions using Javascript, HTML, or CSS programming languages. 4. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with developing and designing MySQL databases for ServiceNow platform integration. 5. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with the development of system integration and process automation. 6. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience coordinating and performing upgrades to ServiceNow Instance. 7. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with creation of ServiceNow reports and dashboards. 8. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience delivering products via Agile software development methods. 9. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience configuring ServiceNow components including process workflows, forms, approval processes, dashboards, and reports. 10. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience integrating ServiceNow sign-on methods with LDAP or PKI certificates. 11. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience evaluating existing ServiceNow deployments and identifying potential improvements or issues. 12. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience participating in Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and Requirements meetings to elicit business requirements from end users. 13. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technical requirements. 14. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience communicating requirements to relevant stakeholders. 15. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience deploying applications on Linux servers. 16. (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience deploying authorized application plugins in ServiceNow. 17. (Desired) Demonstrated experience facilitating and supporting the rollout of new applications and enhancements within ServiceNow or other software applications. 18. (Desired) Demonstrated experience developing and configuring enterprise IT service management tools. 19. (Desired) Demonstrated experience providing software application O&M support. 20. (Desired) Demonstrated experience performing Business Process Mapping.
