We're currently hiring for a Content Strategist Our Experience Practice is seeking a Content Strategist to join our team. This position requires strong communication skills, a high degree of professionalism, independent judgment, organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and flexibility as needs and priorities change. As a Content Strategist, you will: Manage web content in stage and production environments within the Drupal Content Management System
Work closely with account teams to develop and execute web content and governance plans
Provide editorial support including revisions for tone, voice, and plain language, as well as collaborating with technical writers, editors, and subject matter experts when appropriate
Serve as a point of contact for our clients - prioritizing, delegating, tracking, and reporting on tasks conducted by the Content Team as well as directly assisting with implementation
Use an Agile (e.g., Kanban or Scrum) framework to manage Operations & Maintenance tasks for the Content team
Streamline content management workflows used by you and your team
Inform your work with an understanding of content management best practices, especially for Drupal.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure content updates are made correctly to each environment (e.g., test, stage, production)
Work with accessibility and data analytics experts to ensure 508 compliance
Work closely with creative, digital, and prime contractor teams
Collaborate with graphic designers, user experience experts, content strategists, and client stakeholders to support the revision of existing pages and the creation of new web content
Create and lead presentations to clients and internal project teams
Be a creative thinker and problem solver Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree, which may be substituted with at least six years of work experience or an Associate degree plus at least four years of work experience
2+ years of related experience
1+ year of demonstrated experience with Drupal, content development, and analytics
Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust Professional Skills: Demonstrated resiliency and experience in client-facing roles requiring tactful communications in fast-moving environments
Ability to collaborate with teams in an agile setting and work across many workstreams
Excellent written and oral communication skills with a focus on attention to detail to produce client-ready artifacts and presentations
Talent for anticipating obstacles and risk in projects and proactively seeking solutions to mitigate them Preferred Qualifications 1+ years in web content administration, content strategy, or a similar role
Educational background in User Experience Design, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Communications, or a similar field
Experience working with federal agencies
Experience working in the health care, transportation, or agriculture sectors Candidates must be willing to complete the e-QIP and undergo a standard federal government background check for this role. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is :
$57,737.00 - $98,153.00 Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
