Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES The Deputy Program Manager (PM) shall act as the manager, and administrator for the day to day operations on the contracted effort. The Deputy PM shall direct efforts of cross-competency teams, to include contractors at multiple locations, and shall serve as the primary interface and POC with Government program managers (GPMS) on technical and project issues. The DPM shall manage acquisition and employment of project resources. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or other related technical field or Bachelor's degree in a business or management-related field accompanied by experience anaging complex engineering TOs. • Three to five years of experience managing complex projects of a similar scope and complexity to Section C requirements and an active certification in one of the following: 1. Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP). 2. Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification. 3. Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC P/PM) Level 3. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS It is desired that the PM has the following qualifications: • Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or other related technical field. • 6-8 years of experience in a IC environment performing in a related subject area (engineering, computer science, etc.) to that of the TOR. • 3-5 years of experience working as a contractor Project Manager supporting Government requirements similar to the TOR. • Six years of experience leading a team utilizing Agile Software Development methodologies to successfully integrate Mission Command and Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination web services that have been certified.
