Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our market presence in higher education foodservice.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their unique needs are met and exceeded through customized dining solutions.
Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of senior managers and directors, fostering a culture of collaboration, diversity, and continuous improvement.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies to optimize profitability and drive sustainable growth.
Innovation: Identify and implement innovative foodservice solutions that align with emerging trends and enhance the dining experience for students and faculty.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of senior leadership experience in contract foodservice, with a strong focus on higher education.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale operations and delivering outstanding results.
Exceptional strategic thinking, financial acumen, and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
