Please note: This position requires expertise in the following: $140K Expert-level knowledge of AzureAD, CyberArk, and Sailpoint Experience with SSO integration of applications with Azure AD using SAML and OpenID Connect Experience with Azure B2B and/or B2C for authentication of external users Experience with Conditional Access Policies and MFA enforcement O2 Title: Sr. ICAM Engineer (AzureAD, CyberArk, and SailPoint) - 100% Remote Location: Remote - East Coast time Status: US Citizenship is required to acquire Public Trust clearance Compensation: Open - based on extent of position-relevant experience • Primary Responsibilities: Spearhead the evaluation, research, and strategic recommendation of software and system solutions tailored to align with and address core business needs. Engage collaboratively with internal stakeholders to discern business objectives, translating them into comprehensive system development requirements. Maintain active involvement with software development teams, ensuring a cohesive oversight of system development stages. Play a pivotal role in planning initiatives, conducting feasibility studies, performing in-depth cost/benefit analyses, and overseeing new systems design and implementation timelines. Lead and actively contribute to planning endeavors for system testing, configuration, and software interface design discussions with designers. Offer highly specialized guidance and technical solutions for intricate challenges within information systems, providing direction to junior programmers as needed. Key Duties: Demonstrate extensive expertise in specific analysis and programming disciplines outlined in task order proposals. Facilitate and support design workshops (e.g., JAD, RAD) and assume leadership responsibilities for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to FDIC standards, meeting client business requirements within set timeframes and budget constraints. Take charge of project leadership, particularly for ICAM systems, overseeing and consulting on major projects, directing teams of programmers, and ensuring project objectives align with user needs. Ensure data integrity by strategizing, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions for application systems, encompassing Enterprise Programming and System Oriented Architecture. Formulate disaster recovery plans and execute solutions for application systems, functioning as third-level support for intricate user issues. Collaborate across business units, the project management office (PMO), external entities, and IT staff to ensure compliance and risk mitigation measures are effectively met. Uphold application systems' compliance with security protocols, audit policies, and procedures while monitoring system performance. Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and comprehensive documentation for program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Conduct in-depth research and troubleshooting of application issues, leveraging experience in relevant ICAM technologies. Additional Responsibilities: Assume the role of workgroup leader or technical specialist within project teams as needed. Contribute to the development of project work plans and provide effort estimates to support overall project planning. Offer financial insights for departmental or project budgets, capital expenditures, and cost estimates upon request. Provide guidance and direction to support the professional development of other team members. Strategically plan and coordinate complex implementations, ensuring quality control across system functional design, client operations, training, and conversion processes.
