Job description

Firebird AST is seeking an onsite TS/SCI cleared Knowledge Manager to support a U.S. Government client. This is for a pending contract. Contract award is anticipated early 2025. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production. Use centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes. Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings. Deliver expertise regarding intelligence production in support of DIA and Joint Staff planning primarily regarding transnational terrorism and secondarily to review DIA regional terrorism functional support plans as they relate to CCMD Concept of Operations in order to identify DIA tasking, requirements, gaps between transnational and reginal lines of effort Demonstrate ability to utilize military matrix-planning techniques, mission analysis, and resources analytics utilizing DoD Joint Publications as the foundation to provide outcome measurement and evaluation REQUIRED Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Poly 8 years of relevant experience. Bachelors degree in any field Experience supporting the federal government and/or the intelligence community Knowledge of current analytic thought on counterterrorism/counter violent extremism KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, reports, policy, legal documents, etc. Ability to prepare reports and presentations to company management and customer(s). Demonstrated leadership ability, strategic and innovative thinker, and passion for the mission. Ability to identify and solve problems. Excellent organization and time management skills.
