About the Opportunity:
As the Product Operations Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing key components to the Product & Technology roadmap. This role will report to the Director of Product Operations and requires someone with a strong background in analysis and reporting. This role will work closely with the engineering, product management and cloud teams.
Where you will make an impact
Serve as a trusted strategic business partner for Product and Technology leadership
Establish process to track and manage R&D resource allocations, as well as associated investments across portfolio
Develop framework and reporting to improve transparency to resource allocations and overall Product investments
Drive regular cadence of project and key data reviews with project and leadership teams to ensure alignment to resource and cost allocations vs plan
Ensure resource and cost allocations align to roadmap commitments and driving formal change requests as adjustments are required
Drive adherence to roadmap standards to ensure accuracy of reporting and progress
Support efforts within Product and Technology roadmap process in partnership with other key Ops roles
Support efforts to produce Product Ops data and analytics for board, QBR, and other reporting as needed
What you will bring
2+ years of data and financial analysis and/or project management experience preferred
Experience working with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
Demonstrated problem solver who can navigate ambiguity to get to the appropriate solution
Attention to detail and commitment to driving the best results for our business
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Experience creating and driving reviews of reporting packages
Self-motivated and self-starting with a desire to learn and drive growth and change
