Precision Talent Solutions is supporting a $300 million government services contractor to identify a Senior Capture Manager to grow a pipeline and win new business for a $120 million technology and engineering business line. Our client provides a range of technology-focused services to federal clients including all components of DoD, Intelligence Community, and federal civilian agencies. The ideal candidate is high energy, has an eye towards strategy, and a history of winning new business as a prime. Responsibilities: Identifies, researches, analyzes, and manages a business opportunity pipeline, consistent with the organization's long-range and strategic plans.
Responsible for the management and execution of the full BD life-cycle process (from opportunity identification through proposal submission) across multiple simultaneous pursuits.
Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new client contacts.
Develops plans for securing knowledge and understanding of customer requirements, issues, and needs
Meets with customers, competitors, clients, and teammates to develop market insight on requirements, acquisition strategy, acquisition timing, and contract vehicle choices
Leads cross-functional capture teams and works closely with company leadership to establish a winning culture.
Leads white paper and RFI responses and supports proposal development Qualifications: More than 5 years' experience capturing opportunities with Federal clients, and a proven record of success, winning contracts valued in excess of $30M.
A deep understanding of IT services acquired by DOD, Federal Civilian, and Intelligence Community customers.
Specific knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity, zero trust, cloud-based computing, Agile development, and DevSecOps is strongly preferred
Full life cycle BD experience, taking opportunities from "cradle to grave".
Capable of gaining and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Bachelors' Degree from an accredited university. STEM degrees strongly preferred.
