Timmons Group is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Richmond, VA office location. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel, coupled with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This role requires a proactive individual who can communicate effectively and maintain a keen attention to detail while supporting various aspects of our operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a successful candidate include but are not limited to:

Provide administrative support to multiple engineering teams

Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimize time management

Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data, create reports, and assist in project tracking

Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders

Assist in coordinating events, travel and activities as needed

Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance organizational efficiency

Skills/Requirements of a successful candidate include but are not limited to:

High school diploma/GED

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
