Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to schedule appointments for our sales team
Follow up with leads via phone and email
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM system
Collaborate with sales team to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or customer service
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in CRM software
Skills:
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Experience working from home is a plus
