Overview:

Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation (DGOC) is an established owner and operator of producing conventional and unconventional natural gas & oil wells and midstream pipelines and compression stations concentrated in the Appalachian Basin in the United States. Headquartered in Birmingham, AL, our field operations are located throughout the Appalachian Basin in the states of Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. In 2021, Diversified announced our expansion into our Central Regional Focus Area, which includes producing areas within Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

Responsibilities:
The Contractor Administrator works with Diversified's legal department. This is a part-time role. Special focus to be placed on:Work with Diversified's legal department and counterparties to draft & facilitate execution of NAESBs, Gas Purchase Agreements, Interconnect agreements, gathering agreements, etc.Play an integral role in facilitating the RFP process, twice a yearMaintain and add counterparty contract, contact, and deal information in the system of recordMaintain active, expired, and evergreen deal dataHelp integrate existing data into a new deal system of recordBe able to understand and analyze gas & oil contract languageInteract with customers and producers in a professional and helpful mannerWork with both the Energy Marketing & Commercial Midstream teams on respective deals and contract managementFacilitate contract and meter transfer during acquisitions/divestituresAs pipeline administrator, maintain agreements and users on EBB.Work with pipelines and LDCs when meter or pool transfers are needed

Qualifications:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 7+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry Excellent instincts and commercial awareness coupled with a strategic mindset Strong organizational and leadership skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Possess a collaborative mindset and works well as part of a team Superior time management abilities and capable of meeting deadlines Great multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail
