Responsibilities

Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on solar energy systems

Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure electrical designs comply with industry standards and codes

Conduct inspections and troubleshooting to identify electrical issues and determine appropriate solutions

Install and connect electrical components, including inverters, wiring, and solar panels

Test and commission solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance and safety

Complete documentation and recordkeeping related to electrical work

Provide technical support to other teams within the company and assist with training new hires

Requirements

Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification

Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical installations and maintenance

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components

Familiarity with solar energy systems and related equipment

Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Ability to Travel

Tread and Bending of Rigid Pipe experience.
