This important role manages high-level projects to ensure smooth operation in the planning and coordinating of executive level events in addition to proofreading board materials and speeches while ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards for the Executive Division. The Executive Program Administrator handles requests from partners, stakeholders, and Virginia Housing Leadership. The role handles confidential and sensitive information on a regular basis with the utmost discretion. This role performs concurrent assignments and projects in an efficient and highly organized manner in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment, as well as independently administers the office when necessary. The role reports to the Executive Office Manager.

To be successful in this role you must possess:

Associate degree preferred (business administration or related degree) or equivalent work experience.

Several years of work experience with senior management and C-Suite executives and able to work on competing priorities and tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Able to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.

Excellent proofreading and recordkeeping skills and extremely organized.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Calendar, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint), SharePoint and project management tools.

Familiarity with financial institutions, housing organizations, state and local governments is preferred.

This position requires incumbents to drive for Virginia Housing business purposes. Therefore, incumbents must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and adhere to the standards set forth in the motor vehicle related Administrative regulations and Human Resources policies as a condition of continued employment.

This position will close at midnight on Sunday, October 13th.

Hiring Range $61,074 - $79,395

A background check will be performed as a condition of employment.
