IT Governance Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Interview Type: Webcam Interview Only

Candidate Preference: Local to Richmond, VA or nearby areas.

Must-Have Skills:

IT Governance: Extensive experience in IT governance frameworks and best practices.

IT Audit: Proven ability to respond to IT audits, including drafting responses and reports.

IT Change Management: Knowledge of change management processes and their impact on IT governance.

SharePoint Online: Experience managing and maintaining SharePoint Online repositories.

Responsibilities:

IT Audit Support: Assist in IT audit response, including drafting comprehensive responses and reports for findings.

Policy & Documentation: Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and technical documentation.

Communication: Create clear and concise briefs, presentations, and reports for business and executive stakeholders.

SharePoint Management: Manage and organize content within the SharePoint Online repository.

IT Governance & Compliance: Implement and maintain IT governance and compliance best practices, adapting them to the Commonwealth of Virginia or Agency requirements.

Project Management: Balance workload effectively across multiple projects while addressing emergent needs, demonstrating strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

Qualifications:

IT Audit & Reporting: 5+ years of experience in IT Audit response and Audit Finding Reporting.

IT Change Management: 5+ years of experience with IT Change Management processes.

Communication & Reporting: 5+ years of experience drafting business or executive-centered briefs, presentations, and reports.

SharePoint Online: 3+ years of experience in SharePoint Online repository management.

Organizational Skills: 5+ years of demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Virginia State Experience: 2+ years of experience working with the Commonwealth of Virginia.
