Opportunity in Richmond, VAHCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking CRNAs to join the collaborative and collegial team at Chippenham Hospital in Richmond, VA. This is a W2, Hospital-Employed opportunity with excellent compensation, full scope of practice, and a supportive and dynamic work environment. New grads interested in optimizing their training with continued growth and development are more than welcome to apply. Highlights/Qualified Candidates:Anesthesia Care Team Model of 9 General Anesthesiologists, 4 CV Anesthesiologists and 25 CRNAs covering 17 sites of service on average.Diverse mix of cases including Trauma, Cardiac, Complex Neuro/Spine, OB, General, orthopedics, Urology, GYN, and GI. Pediatrics.Annual surgical volume 14,000 cases. 1100 labor epidurals on average.Current schedule is 8/10/12 hour shifts. Post 7p-7a weekday call guaranteed off the next day.
