Job Description:

As a Senior Change Management Analyst, you will lead change management efforts to implement critical data management tools across the Client organization. This role will focus on strategic change initiatives impacting a large user base and requires extensive collaboration with IT, business stakeholders, and leadership. You will drive the adoption of data tools, including IBM Knowledge Catalog, Data Stage, Snowflake, Collibra, Safe FME, and ArcGIS Enterprise, by developing targeted communication strategies, engaging stakeholders, and creating a robust training plan to ensure effective user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a change management framework to support new data tool adoption.

Coordinate with project teams to align change management activities with project goals and timelines.

Engage with stakeholders to address concerns and facilitate smooth technology adoption.

Create and execute tailored change management and communication plans for large-scale rollouts.

Analyze current processes, identify barriers, and devise strategies to drive successful change.

Garner leadership support to reinforce successful implementation and user adoption.

Develop and deliver a comprehensive training program for over 8,000 end users.

Produce communication materials, presentations, and training resources to assist end users.

Establish feedback channels to collect user insights and refine change strategies.

Monitor and report on progress of change initiatives using established change management models.

Provide coaching and guidance to leadership on supporting the change transition.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in change management, project analysis, or a related field.

Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci or similar).

Proven experience managing large-scale projects impacting 5,000+ end users.

Proficiency with data management tools like IBM Knowledge Catalog, Data Stage, Snowflake, Collibra, Safe FME, and ArcGIS Enterprise.

Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Experience working with government agencies or large organizations.

Expertise in developing and implementing training plans for end users.

Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for simplifying complex topics for varied audiences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome implementation barriers.

Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
