We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Permanent Controls Engineer to join our fast-paced, innovative engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in PLC, VFD, engineering, and design. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex control systems, and ensuring that all systems are operating efficiently and effectively. This role requires a highly technical and analytical mindset, combined with a creative problem-solving approach. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, utilizing the latest technologies and techniques in the engineering industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement complex control systems for various engineering projects.
2. Utilize PLC and VFD technologies to optimize system performance and efficiency.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all control systems are integrated effectively into overall project designs.
4. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of control systems to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions.
5. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in the engineering industry, and continuously seek to enhance knowledge and skills.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
8. Prepare detailed reports and documentation on control system designs and performance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on PLC, VFD, engineering, and design.
3. In-depth knowledge of control system design and development, with a strong understanding of PLC and VFD technologies.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues effectively.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CAD and simulation software.
7. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
8. Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in the engineering industry.
9. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
