Beacon Partners is looking for a highly motivated Multi-Channel Sales Executive who wants to make a difference. In this position you will have the opportunity to sell services such as: human resources, social media, managing consulting, branding, and marketing. This is an outside commission-based sales position. This position offers you the opportunity to assist a variety of businesses throughout many industries in Roanoke and surrounding areas. Compensation and Benefits



Starting pay is hourly, plus commission and bonuses during the first 90 days. After 90 days your pay will be commission only. Full time employees will qualify for health benefits paid 100% by employer. Health benefits start 90 days from start date.





Job Requirements:




  • Have a strong and proven sales background in banking, outside sales, and merchant sales, etc.

  • An entrepreneurial drive that is above average with consistent results.

  • Have existing business relationships previously established to add to potential client list.

  • Familiarity and knowledge with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and GoToMeeting software.

  • Enjoys building and cultivating relationships with various business sectors.

  • Efficient, organized, and detailed orientated in approach to commission sales.

  • College degree preferred or relevant experience.



Primary Responsibilities:




  • Become a subject matter expert of products and services offered by Beacon Partners.

  • Accurately assess the needs of business, and explain how the various consulting methods can improve their results.

  • Meet sales goals established for the position and other performance goals set by Beacon Partners management.

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients, follow up on leads, and maintain contact with current clients.

  • Meet clients both virtually and in-person following COVID-19 health and safety guidelines using available technology.

  • Use CRM and GoToMeeting software to track sales leads and progress.

  • Potential to grow and lead a sales team in 6 to 12 months for Beacon Partners.



Hiring Process:



Successful candidates will be interviewed in a two-part process.




  • First, a phone interview will be conducted to see if the right fit exists between the candidate and Beacon Partners.

  • Second, an in-person interview will be scheduled. During the in-person interview candidates will be asked to share a 30, 60, 90-day sales plan that illustrates your ability to drive results.
