This position is contingent based on contract award. Responsibilities The Chief Facility Engineer (CFE) is responsible for the overall management and operation of the mechanical, life safety, electrical, plumbing, Computer Aided Design (CAD), drawing development and review, clear and concise communications, briefings and presentations, and the operations of NGA Washington and associated facilities and grounds. Building management systems, including CMMS, Building Automation System (BAS), and Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS). Application of Government and local regulations, codes, standards, etc. Qualifications The CFE shall be currently licensed as a Professional Engineer in one of the 50 U.S. States. U.S. Territories or Possessions and possess a minimum of seven (7) years' experience in managing and operating facilities of similar size, scope and complexity of NGA Washington facilities and grounds.
