Great Pay and Benefits for a Custodial Services Manager -$75,000 - $100,000/year depending on experience;
-11 annual paid Federal holidays;

Duties of a Custodial Services Manager ATI is seeking a highly motivated, qualified, and experienced Custodial Services Manager with a background in supervising custodial staff and contractors for a full-time TOP SECRET position at a government facility in Springfield, Virginia. Duties will include: -Direct and manage all custodial and pest control personnel, subcontractors, and schedules.
-Oversee execution of the Contractor's Emergency Response Plan, Safety Plan, and Environmental Compliance Plan.
-Oversee and maintain the custodial hazardous material inventory.
-Effectively interface with the client verbally and in writing.
-Draft status reports.
-Use innovative approaches, technology, and other means and methods to develop and perform the most efficient cleaning services for the building.
-Reduce the environmental impacts of work performed under the contract by using environmentally sound practices, processes, and products.
-Assist the Government in managing the recycling program.
-Manage and provide oversight for non-hazardous waste removal. Required Qualifications for Custodial Services Manager -TOP SECRET clearance is required.
-Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management or custodial related work.
-High school, vocational, or trade school diploma or equivalent.
-Computer proficiency required along with good English reading and writing skills. About ATI ATI, Inc.
