Integrated Master Scheduler Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Type of Travel: CACI is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to join our team to support our intelligence customer in Springfield, VA. As a team, we will be responsible for developing and maintaining agency wide Platform as a Service (PaaS) capabilities deployed across multiple security domains utilizing Agile scrum methodologies. Tailoring cutting-edge solutions to unique requirements of our clients, we will support multiple tenants deploy a myriad of application stacks and data services. Work closely with technical team leads, project managers and other stakeholders to determine their critical tasks, identify contractual milestones and associate interdependencies across the program to develop and maintain a detailed, resource loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Develop and maintain summary level schedule (Gantt) reports, milestone charts, and other program management tools used to support critical path analysis, near term tasks, priority-based resource allocations, performance variances. Prepare project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules; implement and maintain schedule change control. Conduct and facilitate weekly IMS reviews with program team. Maintain accurate records/paperwork. Managing schedules, reviewing project status, and understanding how to assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives; troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems. Actively monitor project progress with an emphasis on problem solving. Willing to work outside of normal business hours as required to meet deadlines. Follow schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures. Work in collaboration with project managers to drive efficiency in project execution and accuracy in project reporting. Prepare trend analysis to identify problem areas and submit recommendations for corrective actions. Perform schedule estimating and updating for new work and remaining work. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, or related discipline, or equivalent
IMS creation, scheduling experience
Experience managing multiple projects and pulling together multiple schedules into a master schedule and/or interfacing with other teams managing different schedules.
Ability to handle multiple shifting priorities while meeting deadlines efficiently and effectively and ability to build and maintain accurate and up to date complex schedules for multiple projects.
Excellent Problem Resolution skills and Great team and client interaction skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in gathering, analyzing, documenting and briefing information.
