AWARD PENDING Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced, self-directed, Program Manager to support the Army Data and Analytics Platform contract in Springfield, VA. As a member of our team, you will help to assist the Army in a full range of program/product management and administration, financial, technical, and business transformation. This position is located in Springfield, VA. Job Summary: Oversees the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities. Oversees fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program; seeks and develops outside funding sources, serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters, and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise. Have an understanding and experience with large complex IT projects and organizations; analyze information from multiple sources to compile a complete, holistic solution within their areas of expertise; and easily communicate those recommendations and issues to high-level commanders/executives to influence decisions that support the organization's overall strategic plan. Manages day-to-day contractor support. Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage small, medium, and large-scale programs.
Integrate all functions and activities necessary to ensure the program meets customer expectations and contract requirements.
Actively monitor, track, and manage program tasks, performance, subcontractors, risks, costs, and schedule
Conduct quality review and submission of all deliverables.
Provide strong, proactive, and assertive leadership while engaging multi-discipline teams and responding to business needs.
Make decisions at the program team-level and properly escalate issues that cannot be resolved in a timely manner.
Create program management plans, set expectations, and ensure plans are driven by organizational procedures.
Ensure requirements are gathered, documented, reviewed, and approved per organizational/program standards.
Ensure programs are executed on time, within budget, and remain within scope.
Create a work breakdown structure defining all activities and develop schedules to monitor and track dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
Establish and maintain financial plans, track, and report monthly actuals vs. planned expenditures, and implement corrective actions as necessary to address variances.
Required Qualifications: 15+ years of experience needed in the workplace and related field
PMP Certification
Experience overseeing technical teams and managing SETA programs
Experience with financial systems and managing program budgets
Proven ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships, external stakeholder networks, and teaming partnerships
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Master's Degree Preferred Qualifications: Top Secret Security clearance
Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret is required.
