Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Research er to join our team in the DMV area! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Works with stakeholders to identify areas that require investigation. Collect, record, and analyze data. Query all available resources to gain additional information. Analyze data and create reports presenting their findings . Basic Qualifications: 4 years of experience; 2 years relevant to researching Bachelor's Degree in IT related discipline ; OR 4 years of experience; OR Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree . Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in IT related discipline. Familiarity with research methodologies, data visualization techniques, and statistical analysis. Knowledge of data collection and survey design. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, focus groups). Clearance Requirements: Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a Poly Physical Requirements: Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
