We are hiring for a great technical opportunity for a Security Education Training Awareness Training Officer - Top Secret clearance to work onsite for our Springfield, VA location. This position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph Responsibilities What You'll Do The SETA Officer is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the development, facilitation, and implementation of a multi-disciplinary security training and awareness curriculum for SCI programs. The ideal SETA Officer requires excellent writing and speaking skills, creativity, sound judgement, and initiative. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education Master's degree or higher: > 2 years experience; or Bachelor's degree or higher: > 3 years experience; or Associate's degree: > 6 years experience; or High School/GED: > 8 years experience Experience Experience in creating a security training program for a large program office; Experience in creating recurring schedules; Experience conducting briefs to large audiences; Experience tracking training certificates and updating training records Working knowledge of DODM 5200.01 Vol.1-3; Working knowledge of ICD 700 and 703; Working knowledge of E.O. 13526; Familiarity with the 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM; At least 3 years experience building briefs using the Microsoft Office Suite; Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Training Curriculums. Desired Qualifications Ability to balance policy requirements with program mission and timelines Ability to develop Annual Program Security and SCI Refresher Training; Must be aware of all DoD and IC Training requirements and seamlessly implement them in a Training curriculum; Ability to engender rapport with the military, civilians, and other contractors at all levels; Ability to prioritize tasks; Effective interpersonal, communication, and team building skills. Familiarity with the DODM 5205.07, Vol. 1-4; Familiarity with ICS 703-01; Other Requirements The position requires to be onsite due to the classified nature/location of the program This position will require U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance. This position will require the ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
