Position Title: ServiceNow Tools Developer/Maintainer - Senior Location: Springfield, VA Clearance Required: Active Top Secret/SCI General Responsibilities: Provide support for end users and general ServiceNow team Monitor System health and compliance with ServiceNow Create and configure Client Scripts, Business Rules, ACLs, etc. Coordinate application and platform upgrades Load, manipulate, and maintain data on ServiceNow Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards Create, Build and Maintain ServiceNow Applications Support and maintain applications, databases, and their underlying platforms (i.e., Windows, Linux) on classified and unclassified cloud environments Oversee activities to maintain the Enterprise Engineering Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) in C2S or similar cloud-based environment Responsible for maintaining and managing virtual and cloud servers and services Install, maintain, configure, backup, troubleshoot and ensure security of virtual servers and applications for unclassified and classified operations supporting Agency foundational engineering services Required Work Experience: Working knowledge of ServiceNow development, software installation and configuration, and system performance monitoring and tuning Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services, Azure, or similar cloud infrastructures Develop/maintain documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure Experience providing recommendations to team and stakeholders on best practice regarding ServiceNow development and use in an enterprise setting Experience in AGILE principles and processes Required Skills and Tasks: Active TS/SCI clearance Able to develop & use more complex concepts & processes Performs multiple tasks at specialist level Lead and/or work with multiple Junior/Mid-level personnel May be recognized as a SME Evaluates & recommends new technology & processes based upon cost, risk, mission Desired Work Experience in Maintenance and Administration of: Working knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, client scripts, or data visualization (reports, performance analytics, UI Builder widgets) Working knowledge of Database administration (DB2, MySQL, MSSQL, etc.) Support IT security activities including IAVA patches and provide/maintain documentation supporting Authorization to Test (ATT) and operate (ATO) Work Level: Minimal Guidance required Management Key member of team Oversees or monitors task(s) Provides issue resolution Education/Certification Required: DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification Master's degree plus 4 years' experience, Bachelor's degree plus 6 years' experience, Associate's degree plus 8 years' experience, or a minimum of 8 years' experience in relevant field Compass, Inc.
