"Award Pending" Technical Program Manager Lead Job description: Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced, self-directed, Technical Program Manager to lead and support one of the Federal Government Agencies. As a key member of our team, you will lead the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow and communications, to highly regulated environments, with a focus on security compliance and system modernization. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of the Task Order, including strategic planning, project execution, risk management, and deliverable quality.
Ensure alignment between project goals and customer's mission, coordinating efforts between cross-functional teams and government stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership in IT modernization, DevSecOps practices, and Agile development, overseeing all technical solutions and delivery models.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and the Titan team, ensuring smooth communication, progress tracking, and accountability.
Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale, complex federal IT programs.
Proven experience leading cloud architecture, DevSecOps environments, and Agile development teams in federal government contracts.
Experience managing cross-functional teams in highly regulated environments, with a focus on security compliance and system modernization.
PMP or PgMP certification.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Desired Qualifications: Master's degree in IT, Business Management, or related field.
ITIL, AWS, or Azure certifications.
Experience managing contracts involving cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise IT services.
Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI required but will consider a Secret clearance and will upgrade to Top Secret with SCI access.
