What You'll Get to Do: In this role, you will report directly to the RMT Program Manager will be expected to perform as a leader providing deep technical contributions as well as filling the role of a manager, as required. You will be expected to develop and enable collaborative processes between different disciplines in ASG. Participate in planning, design, and facilitization of new equipment, processes, and infrastructure associated with implementation of existing and/or new antenna production capabilities, products, and facilities across ASG
Perform independent engineering evaluations of technical and process problems impacting production and delivery of antenna systems, to include next generation processes and/or products
Communicate identified voids with RMT and ASG leadership and assist in the development of the RMT integration master plan
Conduct and support analyses to assist in the transfer of a new technology/products from R&D to manufacturing/production
Attend weekly meetings; continuously track progress of program actions; facilitate resolution of administrative and contractual problems; and highlight unresolved issues that threaten planned production or program milestones
Research production and product performance data to help evaluate or support Engineering Change Proposals, Task/Delivery Orders, Requests for Waivers or Deviations associated with current and next generation equipment, processes, and products
Witnesses significant program events, e.g. prove out of new processes, new equipment and tests
Travel to attend meetings, conferences, demonstrations, installation and/or training in support of the program and ASG, as required
Maintain resource loaded schedules and identify risks and mitigations
Derive requirements through interactions with the project, program, and product teams
Collaborate with cross-disciplined teams of engineers to ensure designs are satisfying requirements, making trades when necessary
Coordinate development of test procedures for verification and validation of solutions
Support demonstrations/briefings as required You'll Bring These Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering-related discipline and 10+ years of related experience, or Master's degree and 8+ years, in systems engineering, integration and test
E xtensive experience overseeing production of large aperture RF systems Demonstrated experience providing end-to-end program integration support with consistent attention to detail
Demonstrated strong initiative, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
Expertise in preemptively identifying sources of conflict among stakeholders and potential solutions
Demonstrated experience as being responsible for the technical aspects of a project
Capable of system conceptualization, system level requirements definition and system test and evaluation
Familiarity with probability, reliability, statistical analysis methods, sampling, test and evaluation techniques, data collection and applicable regulations and standards
Experience with requirements generation and requirements decomposition
Experience with antenna system design to include Design-to-Cost
Experience generating and executing detailed test procedures for verification and validation of system requirements
Experience integrating heterogenous subsystems together into full product solutions
Proven track record coordinating and delivering prototype and QRC projects
Understanding of engineering at all phases of a product lifecycle
Active TS/SCI with POLY Experience Primary contributor in application of engineering principles to meet technical requirements
Develop technical concepts, plan for implementation, monitor technical progress, design tests, assess performance data, and develop solutions to technical problems
Author, edit and contribute to production of technical reports and other technical products, such as overall project concepts and descriptions; production plans and schedules; test plans and technical reports Leadership Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communication skills contributing to technical and analytical briefs, reports, whitepapers, and proposals
Demonstrated responsibility and accountability in leading teams of individuals towards highly visible technical solutions
Strong technical leadership with ability to mentor and interface with individuals of various technical background and levels of expertise
Skilled at working collaboratively in complex cross-team/contract/Government organizational environments These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have Experience in testing of DoD systems related to C-UAS
Experience with telemetry systems

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
