Job description

AERMOR is hiring a Systems Architects II to define, manage and help shape the technological directions of an organization focusing on the overarching design and structure of IT systems, ensuring they meet current and future requirements. This position involves a deep understanding of technological and business strategies, enabling the creation of a cohesive and efficient IT infrastructure for the customers' requirements. and manage systems specifications based on customer requirements, and analyze all costs of the system architecture, including hardware and software. Responsibilities Include: Responsible for the architectural design, development, and deployment of the customers overall information systems
Design systems to consider functional requirements, scalability, and security
Analyze and evaluate system specifications and requirements to ensure the architecture supports the functions and performance criteria
Defines system solutions based on user needs, costs, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms
Research, identify, selects, and tests technology products required for solution delivery
Establish, implement and document technology integrations or migration strategies
Support in directing several aspects of work and gaining exposure to complex tasks within the job function. Qualifying Requirements: Must currently possess a U.S. Government issued, active Secret Level Security Clearance
20+ years of recent and relevant experience leading an architecture team for a software development project/program
10+ years of experience in a systems engineering, systems architecture, software architecture, or related role with a Systems Architecture Certification or Qualification
Possess an understanding of Training Systems and simulation architectures Certification/Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline
