You will develop test plans, execute tests, and document defects, ensuring that ServiceNow deployments meet DoD standards and customer expectations. Required Skills Design, develop, and execute test cases for ServiceNow applications.
Identify, document, and track defects.
Work with developers to resolve issues and improve the application's performance.
Create automated test scripts for regression testing.
3+ years of experience in software testing and QA.
2+ year of experience testing ServiceNow solutions.
