ITCON Services is seeking an energetic and engaged professional as a Project Controller for a full-time salaried position.

This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week on-site at ITCON Services headquarters in Tysons Corner, Vienna, Virginia.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the project control function within Unanet to include setting up new projects, adding in people assignments and budgets, and updating based on modifications.

Reviewing JSRs to ensure coding and charging is correct and working with the team when there are discrepancies.

Monitor project costs and expenses, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and managing change orders.

Daily timesheet import of call center agents, and making timesheet adjustments at the end of timesheet period, per managers.

Invoicing on the projects and reconciling subcontractor hours.

As sist in developing financial models and risk assessments for project decision-making.

Conduct regular project reviews, analyzing financial data to assess project health and identify areas for cost optimization.

Monitor project costs and expenses, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and managing change orders.

Provide detailed financial reports to project managers, stakeholders, and senior management on project progress, including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and potential risks.

Conduct regular project reviews, analyzing financial data to assess project health and identify areas for cost optimization.

Coordinate and assist with audits with all external independent auditors (annual financial statement audit, bank audits and other audits as required) and prepare of required items in a timely manner.

Adhoc assignments as assigned by the Controller.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.

3-5 years of experience in project controlling, financial analysis in a government contracting setting.

Minimum of 3 years' experience with Unanet.

Knowledge of T&M and CPFF contracts

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to effectively manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.

Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.

Perform work under very limited supervision requiring the need to exercise independent judgement and attention to details.
