Job Title: Senior SAP MRM Consultant Responsibilities of the Senior SAP MRM Consultant At McLane Advanced Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP MRM Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for a professional specializing in SAP's Manufacturing Resource Management (MRM) modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for business process and system analysis, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and the testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of components in an enterprise SAP environment. The Senior SAP MRM Consultant will: Perform business process and system analysis to translate business requirements into technical requirements. Design and develop solutions within SAP MRM modules to meet business needs. Test and troubleshoot SAP MRM components to ensure they meet functional requirements. Work closely with architects, developers, technical services (i.e., BASIS, Middleware, Portal), and other business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities. Involved in the maintenance, enhancement, and development work of SAP MRM modules and those that interface with other applications. Provide change management and training support for SAP MRM implementations. Participate in on-call support to ensure system availability and performance. Configure and customize SAP MRM modules to align with business processes. Perform integration testing to ensure seamless data flow between SAP MRM and other SAP modules, particularly ECC. Develop and maintain operational and technical documentation of SAP MRM processes. Provide user support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP MRM. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance functionality and user experience. Stay current with the latest SAP developments and integration technologies to recommend and implement best practices. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management illustrating the effectiveness of SAP MRM strategies post-implementation. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets related to SAP MRM implementations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 7 years of experience with SAP CAMS. Experience with Order Maintenance, Shop Floor Execution, and Work Assignment in CAMS. Strong integration knowledge with ECC. In-depth knowledge of Complex Manufacturing Solutions. Project lifecycle experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex scenarios under tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders. CompTIA Security+ Certified. Active Secret Security Clearance.
