Position Overview
In this role, you'll partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to strategically recruit for highly specialized positions. This involves leveraging advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage top cleared candidates, establishing a pipeline of talent to support both current and future hiring needs. f you are passionate about recruiting and have a background in the intelligence or defense field, we would love to hear from you! • Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and establish effective recruiting strategies. • Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand job requirements, crafting targeted approaches for recruiting cleared professionals. • Execute full lifecycle recruiting for cleared candidates using a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing methods
• Design and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract both active and passive candidates, leveraging job boards, social media, job fairs, military recruitment, and professional networks.
• Identify and proactively engage passive candidates who meet specific skill and experience requirements. • Oversee the candidate flow in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while ensuring compliance with company policies and OFCCP regulations. • Conduct initial phone screenings and preliminary interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, and cultural alignment. • Foster and maintain strong connections with candidates and stakeholders, promoting a transparent and positive candidate experience. • Ensure consistent, timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. • Stay compliant with all relevant federal, state, and company policies regarding recruitment practices. • Clearly communicates with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements and expectations. Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on passive candidate generation, engagement, and closing strategies.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience within the Intelligence community, specifically for cleared (TS/SCI, Poly) technical and non-technical roles. • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders across various functions.
• Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Exceptional customer service skills and a professional communication style. • Results-oriented, with a proactive approach and strong sense of urgency
• Proficient in Boolean search and other advanced sourcing techniques. • Experience in building and managing talent pipelines for technical roles in preparation for upcoming programs and proposals. • Strong networking skills, with an ability to engage candidates through multiple technology platforms. • Demonstrated ability to source and secure high-caliber talent in a highly competitive job market. • Proven success in proactively sourcing, engaging and closing a large volume of highly qualified candidates.
