Title Technical Recruiter (Govcon - Cyber & IT) Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Description RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber), is seeking an experienced Full Life Cycle Technical Recruiter with 5 to 7 years strong background in Cyber & IT in government contracting (Govcon) to join our team in Vienna, VA. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, screening, and securing top-tier talent for highly technical positions within the cybersecurity and IT fields, ensuring full compliance with government regulations and contract requirements. This role demands a keen understanding of the Govcon landscape, including Cyber and IT Professionals, federal contract structures, and the unique demands of government clients. Responsibilities for this position shall include, but are not limited to: Talent Acquisition: Source, recruit, and hire qualified candidates for cyber and IT roles within the federal contracting sector, and Intelligence Community including positions that require high-level security clearances. Govcon Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of government contracting regulations and requirements to identify and assess candidates with relevant experience in the DoD, IC, and other federal agencies. Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job requisition and candidate sourcing to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for future Govcon projects, especially those requiring niche technical skills in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and network security. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers, program leads, and other stakeholders to understand job requirements, timelines, and contract needs. Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with government regulations and internal policies, particularly in relation to security clearances and labor categories. Accurately maintain all applicant's status within the ATS. Market Trends: Stay up to date with trends in cyber and IT talent, compensation, and government contracting regulations to attract and retain top talent.Qualifications for this position shall include: Minimum 5-7 years of technical recruiting experience with a strong focus on cyber and IT roles within the Govcon sector. In-depth understanding of government contracts, including FAR/DFARS compliance, labor categories, and security clearance requirements. Proven ability to recruit candidates with active security clearances (e.g., TS/SCI, Secret, Public, DHS, etc.). Familiarity with cyber and IT terminologies, certifications (e.g., CISSP, CAP, CISM, CEH, CCNA), and emerging technologies in the federal space. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and sourcing platforms (e.g. Monster, indeed, and ClearanceJob). Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.Preferred Qualifications for this position shall include: Experience recruiting for government agencies such as the DoD, NGA, or other intelligence community organizations.
