Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future Currently, the Navy Aviation Division is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our team supporting a large US Government program in Virginia Beach, VA . This is an onsite role with some remote opportunity . Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Transfers outgoing accountable assets in Asset Management System Acknowledges incoming accountable assets in Asset Management System Runs reports detailing In Transit to Site; In Transit from Site; On Order; & Past Due Charge Outs Establishes new AMS SOPs Performs 100% wall to wall annual inventory of all COMSEC equipment & Personal Property for all personnel Participates in monthly training for the Asset Management System Excesses computers & scanners of different classifications Consults other Management Analysts in AMS duties Basic Qualifications: A minimum of four (4) years of experience per above duties 4+ years of customer service, administrative services/Asset Management experience Working knowledge of Microsoft office Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited College or University Associate's degree plus 5 years of experience may be considered Willingness to learn new technologies to support other service areas Clearance Requirements: US Citizenship required and an Active Secret Clearance Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. M ust be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,900-$141,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
