Your day-to-day will involve crafting data architectures, ensuring software security, and conducting rapid prototyping to evaluate technologies. This opportunity requires an active Top-Secret clearance and the ability to obtain SCI accesses with a polygraph. Responsibilities: Lead a team of junior engineers and incrementally plan and assign development tasks. Collaborate with various teams to achieve unparalleled results and act as a team representative. Conduct rapid software prototyping and evaluate technologies in relevant environments. Requirements: Minimum of seven (7) years of intensive software development experience in modern languages such as C/C++ or Python. Experience with end-to-end software development activities. Working knowledge of modern computing paradigms and environments such as NoSQL systems, cloud computing, and virtualization. Familiarity with modern software development tools, version control, and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Artifactory, Gitlab, etc.). Experience working on a software development team. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering from an accredited university/college. Experience contributing to open-source development projects.
