Job description

Position Overview RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Personal Property Analyst in Little Creek, VA. Roles and Responsibilities Provide all personnel and management necessary to perform support services to standards and specifications.
Provide support in inventory management roles.Required Qualifications and Experience Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Expeditionary Logistics and be proficient in DPAS Warehouse, MS Excel, and other programs in the MS Office Suite.
Assist the Intelligence Systems Officer by utilizing the Defense Property Accountability Systems (DPAS) Warehouse module.
Schedules and monitors inventory progress for Group 2 Intelligence Department warehouse.
Establish and maintain the records of the property accountability systems, to include a complete trail of all transactions suitable for audit.
Assemble kits in DPAS Warehouse and maintain accountability of personal property in kits and in warehouse.
Process the gain and loss of warehouse assets in DPAS Warehouse including upload of receipt and supporting documentation of newly acquired assets and processing items for issue to DRMO.
Prepare required documentation for missing, lost, stolen or damaged property.
Ability to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with common/standard business software programs. Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
Enter data into multiple databases accurately. Be able to work in an environment that is fast paced while completing multiple tasks and meeting stringent timelines.
