Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including evaluations, goal setting, treatment planning and implementation, and progress monitoring.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute personalized therapy plans that align with each patient's goals.
Engage with families and caregivers to offer guidance and support, ensuring effective communication and understanding of therapy objectives.
Work closely with and supervise therapy assistants to ensure that all aspects of patient care are delivered effectively and consistently.
Contribute to our culture of excellence by demonstrating flexibility, empathy, and enthusiasm in all interactions.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.

Qualifications:

Seasoned Physical Therapist: Extensive experience in pediatric physical therapy, with a proven track record of empathetic and resourceful case management, patient progress, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
New Graduates: We welcome recent graduates who are passionate about pediatric therapy and eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Opportunities for Growth:

After the initial 90 days, there may be opportunities for advancement to a Team Lead role, depending on performance and fit.
Receive training and support to develop leadership skills and take on additional responsibilities within the practice.
