Position Overview: As an Accounting Specialist, you will be a key player in the financial operations of our client. You'll handle a variety of responsibilities including reconciliations, payroll processing, financial planning & analysis (FP&A) schedule tracking, and general accounting duties. You will work closely with other departments to support their financial needs and ensure accurate reporting. Overview of the Accounting Specialist:

• Perform reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage the payroll process, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Oversee FP&A schedule tracking, providing critical insights for the finance team.
• Assist with financial reporting, including the preparation and review of financial statements.
• Execute general accounting tasks, such as journal entries, month-end closing, and account reconciliations.
• Support the team with additional accounting tasks as requested by leadership.

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, with a strong focus on reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of FP&A schedule tracking is a plus.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
