Job description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Resident Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, hospital settings, and patient care services. Responsibilities - Provide direct patient care in various settings such as ICU, inpatient units, and critical care environments - Assist with patient service activities and discharge planning - Monitor and record vital signs accurately - Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication Skills - Proficient in behavioral health practices - Experience in hospital or clinical settings - Knowledge of discharge planning procedures - Strong patient care skills - Familiarity with ICU and critical care environments - Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
