Position Summary:

One of our top clients is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Health Clinical Director to oversee the clinical operations of our home health services. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with a proven track record in leadership, clinical excellence, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:


  • Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical oversight and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered home health care.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing home health services, including Medicare Conditions of Participation.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise clinical staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and home health aides.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to clinical staff to support their professional development.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate patient care.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care plans, and clinical outcomes.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the development and management of the home health department's budget.

Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing required; master's degree in nursing preferred.
  • Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Washington.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in home health care, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of home health regulations, clinical practice standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
